These are workflow suggestions, not measured learning guarantees. Choose the format that helps you work with this material. ADHD does not imply one preferred learning medium.
A small study session
- Select the relevant sources and one learning question.
- Generate one explanation in your chosen format.
- Close it and explain the core idea in your own words, or ask the study prompt to quiz you.
- Check your answer against the sources. Generate a second format only if it solves a specific gap.
Settings and limits
Set the output language in the tool. Paste the audio or video prompt into that format's customization field. Configure chat separately. The checked documentation does not establish that chat custom instructions automatically control Studio output.
What Google's help pages say
Google's audio help lists Deep Dive, Brief, Critique and Debate, plus length controls marked English-only. It also marks interactive mode English-only. Use the controls available in your account, because language support and availability can change. See Google's Audio Overview help.
Video help lists Cinematic, Explainer and Short. Cinematic is restricted to adults and English. Style selection is described for adult users and excludes Cinematic and Short. This supports a practical preference for Explainer when you want to choose a diagram style. It does not establish that Cinematic changes style on every generation. See Google's Video Overview help.
The sources checked on September 28 do not establish a universal character limit for the customization box. Check the actual field. A shorter prompt may be easier to steer. Staying under 5,000 characters does not prove that the tool accepts or follows the prompt.
