Use a prompt
- Open the page that matches your task.
- Replace any placeholders, such as
[SOURCE]or MY ENVIRONMENT. - Copy the complete prompt with its copy button.
- Paste it into the destination described on the page.
- Give the model your actual question and check its answer against the source.
The ADHD prompts express working preferences: less clutter, clear priorities, visible progress and recall practice. Adjust them to how you work. They do not guarantee accuracy or replace checking the output.
